For 8 servings: • 30 g of yeast • 60 g of granulated sugar • 400 g of flour • 1 pinch of salt • 2 eggs • 140 g of butter • 2 packs of culinary poppy • 125 ml of milk • 1 teaspoon. spoon ground cinnamon • 50 g raisins • 50 g ground hazelnuts
1. Crush the yeast, mix with granulated sugar and dilute 200 ml of warm water. Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, 1 egg, 90 g of melted butter, yeast diluted in warm water and knead smooth dough. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. Heat milk, but do not boil. Pour poppy seeds on them, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Add 50 g butter, ground cinnamon, raisins and ground hazelnuts. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

1. Sift 250 g flour into a bowl, mix with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, almonds, cinnamon and cloves. Melt the butter, combine with the resulting flour mixture, add the egg and liquor. Knead the dough, give it the shape of a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Then take out the dough, separate 2/3, roll it into a 5 mm thick layer and put it in a greased mold, making the sides 2 cm high. Paste the dough with a fork so that it does not bend when baking.
3. Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix berry jams and put on the dough. Roll out the remaining dough into a 4 mm thick layer and cut out various figures from it. Beat the egg yolk with milk, grease them with figures and put on jam. Bake for 40 minutes.Ready cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
