Match sizes to your favorite hoop and store your current needlework in a neat and cute purse. It is also convenient to take embroidery with you.

How to sew a bag with embroidery for needlework

You will need:

- cotton fabric in two colors;

- thin one-sided interlining;

- pencil / crayon for fabric and ruler;

- scissors;

- tailor pins;

- sewing machine and thread;

- iron.

The easiest wallet: a master class

Step 1

If you are making a purse for specific hoops, measure their diameter. Add 5-7 cm to the resulting value. This will be the width of the bag detail. The length of the part is 2 times the width. Cut 1 such piece from each type of fabric and non-woven fabric. Glue the non-woven backing to the fabric part that will be on the outside of the bag.

Step 2

Fold the parts with the sides inward, pin them together. Sew around the perimeter, backing 1 cm from the edge. Leave the hole for turning out on one of the short sides. Cut corners.

Step 3

Turn out. Spread the seams and iron.

Step 4

Stitch the short sides 0.5 cm from the edge while sewing the hole.

Step 5

Fold the part as shown in the photo. Chip and sew the sides. Done.
