TO THE GLORY OF THE QUEEN
Captain Blazer in 1840, on the eve of Her Majesty Queen Victoria’s visit, introduced an elegant uniform for the entire officer team. And so there appeared a jacket with a distinctive emblem and a decorative motley strip. It came out beautifully, corporate and stylish. And soon, all uniform jackets began to be called blazers, regardless of the striped finish. And on vacation, gentlemen willingly put on these stylish little things.
SYMBOL OF FEMALE FREEDOM
At first, only men wore a fashionable jacket, but the success of the novelty was so great that the ladies demanded wardrobe equality. The first to put on stewardess blazers, making this jacket a peculiar symbol of a free, emancipated woman.
