Ingredients: 200 g of slightly salted salmon, 1 cucumber, 100 g of cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon. a spoonful of canned horseradish, zest ½ lemon, 4 sprigs of dill, 70 g of red caviar, salt, ground black pepper to taste.
Cooking method:
■ Cut the salmon into very thin slices. Wash the cucumber, peel, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into thin, long slices.
■ Mix curd cheese with horseradish and lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste.
■ Wash the dill and dry well. Divide into small twigs.
■ Spread salmon slices with curd cheese and roll. Place on a plate vertically. Garnish with slices of cucumber, sprigs of dill and red caviar.
